This honor celebrates the area’s most accomplished and influential business leaders in their industry who demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision and passion.

Cody, a seasoned land developer and mentor, is a visionary when it comes to development projects – especially with acquisitions and entitlements of off-market raw land that has development potential. His entrepreneurial spirit has empowered teams at both companies to continue to grow and thrive.
